Image Licence
For the photographs on this website. Effective 12 October 2026.
The short version
- The photographs on this site are by Ricky Marsh and are copyright. All rights are reserved.
- You are welcome to link to any page, or share a link to it.
- Using a photograph anywhere else needs a licence first. Ask — details are in section 4.
1.Who owns the photographs
Unless a photograph says otherwise, the photographs and video stills published on wildlifephotographs.co.uk were taken by Ricky Marsh and are © Ricky Marsh. All rights reserved.
Brand names, product names and logos shown in equipment reviews belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this page grants any right to use them.
2.What you can do without asking
- View the photographs on this website.
- Link to any page on this website, including sharing that link by email or on social media, where the platform shows its own preview of the page.
3.What needs a licence
Anything else. Copying, downloading for reuse, editing, printing or republishing a photograph — whether in print, on a website or social media account, in advertising, packaging or a product listing, or in editorial or educational material — needs a licence from Ricky Marsh before it is used.
4.How to request a licence
Photographs are available to license for editorial and commercial use. Email ricky@rmtsolutions.co.uk or use the contact page, and include:
- which photograph you would like to use (the page address, or a link to the image);
- where and how it will be used, and at what size; and
- for how long, and in which countries.
You will get a reply with whether the photograph is available and the terms and fee for that use. A licence is only granted in writing, and only for the use it describes.
Where a photograph is used under licence, please credit it as “© Ricky Marsh / Wildlife Photographs”.
Brand collaborations and commissions are covered on the collaborate page.
